A coated pan, but one whose coating has a published description.

The Valencia Pro scores 62/100 on our Australian listing, the best coated pan in that table. Food touches Thermolon, a ceramic sol-gel coating on hard-anodised aluminium. GreenPan says it is free of PFAS, including PTFE and PFOA.
It is a disclosure score out of 100, not a safety rating. We do not lab-test; we score what the maker publishes. How we score.
